Terms and Conditions

1. Service activation fee of RM75 is chargeable
2. Installation fee of RM88 is chargeable (if applicable)
3. Minimum subscription period is 12 months for without modem package and 24 months for with modem rental package.
4. Speed of service is on ��best effort' basis.
5. Service is subject to availability and technical testing.
6. The 1st bill received will include an installation fee of RM88, a one time service activation fee of RM75, a one-month subscription fee (from date of service activation) and an advance charge of the 2nd month subscription fee.
7. Streamyx In-A-Box (self-installation) is available for the With Modem Rental package
8. MODEM WARRANTY IS FOR 24 MONTHS (applicable for With Modem Rental package only). After 24 months, modem will be own by customers.
9. For customners who opt for Streamyx In-A-Box (self-installation) and without modem package, the account will be activated after 7 days , if a customer does not call or sms for activation.
10. TM Net contractor will perform the installation for the normal Streamyx Basic 384k (With Modem Rental) �V RM20 for 10 hours package.
11. If a customer terminates service before the end of the subscription period, then they are required to settle the subscription fees for the remaining months and return the modem (for with modem rental package).
12. Termination of service due to relocation of premise will be considered as pre-mature termination and will be charge as per item (k).
13. This package is applicable for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY.
