Great value doesn’t stop at our packages! With Streamyx-In-A-Box, you can knock off the installation fee as well. If you’ve opted for self-installation when you registered for a Streamyx package (with modem), we’ll send you everything you need in a box so you can set it up at your own convenience.

Inside the box, you'll find: 1 ADSL Ethernet modem 1 Streamyx-In-A-Box Quick Guide 1 Streamyx Self Installation CD set-up wizard 1 RJ 45 cable 1 ADSL splitter 1 AC power supply adaptor warranty card phone cable

Simply pop the CD into your computer for a step-by-step guide to setting up your hardware and software, including a comprehensive overview of the whole deal. And when you finish installation, it even automatically activates your Streamyx account online.

Please note:

• Streamyx-In-A-Box is available when you subscribe for the Streamyx 512k (with modem) and the Streamyx 1.0M (with modem) packages.
• Streamyx-In-A-Box is NOT available for online registrations.
• Normal installation fee will be waived.
  
• The account will be automatically activated 7 days after registration.

Streamyx-In-A-Box is available at TMpoint and Clickers Authorized Service Outlets (CASO) nationwide. Just pick it up immediately at any one of these outlets. Alternatively we can courier it to you, for a charge of RM14 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM25 for East Malaysia.
This fee will be included in your first bill.
